Our Simple 6 Step Process

1. Get in touch

Say Hello via our contact page or alternatively you can call or send us an email. We will send you our 60 second questionnaire which helps us get to know you a little bit more about how we can help you.

2. Site Visit

We will arrange a time to personally meet, either on site or another suitable location. We can sit down and get to know yourselves, your project and establish how we can help achieve your vision. We will discuss design, materials and other areas in which we can offer assistance.

3. Design

If design is required, we will connect you with some of our clever design partners to help turn your ideas and dreams into a reality whilst ensuring your budget is worked to. We will see that you are connected with the talented professionals that will clearly understand your vision.

4. Pricing & Contracts

Once you’re completely happy with the design, an agreed payment is required up front to price your plan which will be then credited to your build, giving you an accurate quote to avoid any nasty surprises. We will offer a Master Builders contract and present our Falloon Builders 5 Star Guarantee.

5. Build Timeline

Once the contract is signed, we will present you with your build timeline that will outline your projects critical path and inform you of the start date. While the build progresses, we will establish on and offsite catch ups and times when its safe to come visit and enjoy the visual progress.

6. Handover

We will keep you updated while the build is progressing. Once complete, we will conduct a ‘walk through’ using our completion checklist with you. Your new home will be professionally cleaned ready for you to move in and celebrate!
