Renovations & Decks

Brendan Falloon Builders have worked on a number of renovations and decks over the past decade. Here is a look at a recent renovation. The renovation is on an 8-9-year-old dwelling visually modernised to improve the aesthetics of the property.

Stage one consisted of the removal of an existing ceiling, relining with grooved plywood and creating a new finish with exposed rafters.

Stage two consisted of constructing all-new feature pergolas and attaching to existing patios and exposed steel beams.

The final stage involved constructing large viewing decks over the existing lake surrounds and featured a large cantilevered platform over the water.
